Our Vision for the next 120 years
Geneva Worldwide has been delivering superior interpretation, translation, and transcription services for the past 120 years. Naturally, the world changed a lot in that time, and it’s only going to change even more over the next 120 years. The one thing that won’t change, however, is our commitment to our clients.
With our ability to adapt to the ever-evolving language industry, we plan on remaining a fixture in the field for centuries. In recent years, for example, we’ve had to make room for AI-powered tools like machine translation. While these apps are great for holding simple conversations, though, we know they’re not going to replace human interpreters. At best, the accuracy of machine translation ranges from 60% to 90%, which means the content these tools generate still needs editing by a professional linguist.
Of course, that doesn’t mean we can’t harness the power of AI to expand our own offerings, and in the coming years, we plan on adding services like event management and coordination. By incorporating the latest technology into our operations, we can spend the next 120 years making our services better, faster, and more accessible.
The world may be getting smaller, but expert interpreters will never become obsolete. In fact, they’re going to be needed more than ever for things like transcreation as more brands aim to reach a global audience. And as long as there’s a need for facilitating communication, Geneva Worldwide will be there.
With over a century of experience, Geneva Worldwide’s VRI services have you covered!
