February 21, 2022 – New York, NY – Geneva Worldwide is proud to announce the newest role of one of our most devoted team members. Nicole Speak, who has been with the company for more than a decade, will be assuming the role of Executive Vice President (EVP).
It’s not uncommon for our organization to promote from within, as our newest Vice President, Michelle Lemus, can attest. We only hire those who are passionate about transcription, translation, and interpretation services in the first place, and Nicole certainly fit that mold from day one. She joined the team in 2010 as the Office Administrator, but she was eager for her role to evolve as the company transformed under her leadership.
Over the last few years, Nicole served as our Vice President (VP). From retaining employees to increasing efficiency, she managed every aspect of Human Resources. As the EVP, her focus will become even more targeted, and her ultimate goal will be supporting growth by carrying out the strategic mission of virtual operations.
During her already impressive tenure at Geneva Worldwide, Nicole has demonstrated incredible initiative. What’s more, she ensured all the work she produced was of the highest quality, thanks to her creativity and meticulousness. An invaluable resource, she has helped the team overcome a host of hurdles while taking advantage of all the opportunities that arose along the way.
